ciao...Greek

A year has gone by…

A year has gone by! Today I have finished my first year of theological study. Its time to get ready for exams. Just study, study and study!

Ciao Greek!

At the end of Greek exams, the only words I could speak is, ‘Ciao Greek.’ Finally its over. I must admit it had been terrible. Thanks God its over! Now looking forward to Latin!

Thoughts for the day!

মনের শান্তি মানুষ শান্তি প্রিয়। সবাই শান্তিতে থাকতে চায়। অশান্তিময় পরিবেশ কেউ পছন্দ করে না। আর মনের শান্তিতো আমাদের সবারই চাওয়া। আমরা মনের শান্তি কিভাবে আনতে পারি? নরম্যান ভিনসেন্ট পিয়ালে তাঁর পাওয়ার অব পজিটিভ থিংকিঙয়ে কয়েকটি উপায় উল্লেখ্য করেছেন। যেগুলো প্রতিদিন সাধনা করলে মনের শান্তি অনুভব করা যায়। সেগুলো হলো. ১. মনটাকে হাল্কা করা। কিছুক্ষণের জন্য সমস্ত কিছু ভুলে যাওয়া। ২. ধীর, স্থির, শান্ত মনোভাব গড়ে তোলা। ৩. প্রতিদিন নিরবতা অভ্যাস করা। কিছুক্ষণের জন্য নিজের সাথে সময় কাটানো। ৪. মনটাকে সহজ সরল করা। সবকিছু সহজ সরলভাবে গ্রহণ করা।
