Remembering a lost friend!

I have almost forgotten that the friendship day is being celebrated today! When I opened my facebook this morning I happened to notice it. Thus I sent wishes to some of my friends. Though I am not so crazy about sending wishes, it was in a way replying their wishes.

Thoughts for the day!

মনের শান্তি মানুষ শান্তি প্রিয়। সবাই শান্তিতে থাকতে চায়। অশান্তিময় পরিবেশ কেউ পছন্দ করে না। আর মনের শান্তিতো আমাদের সবারই চাওয়া। আমরা মনের শান্তি কিভাবে আনতে পারি? নরম্যান ভিনসেন্ট পিয়ালে তাঁর পাওয়ার অব পজিটিভ থিংকিঙয়ে কয়েকটি উপায় উল্লেখ্য করেছেন। যেগুলো প্রতিদিন সাধনা করলে মনের শান্তি অনুভব করা যায়। সেগুলো হলো. ১. মনটাকে হাল্কা করা। কিছুক্ষণের জন্য সমস্ত কিছু ভুলে যাওয়া। ২. ধীর, স্থির, শান্ত মনোভাব গড়ে তোলা। ৩. প্রতিদিন নিরবতা অভ্যাস করা। কিছুক্ষণের জন্য নিজের সাথে সময় কাটানো। ৪. মনটাকে সহজ সরল করা। সবকিছু সহজ সরলভাবে গ্রহণ করা।
