My “last” formal formation as a Jesuit!

No 8: God is ‘actively’ present in our life.

Two weeks have just passed since we I began the Tertianship. We have been listening to each other’s’ stories and reflecting on the life of St Ignatius of Loyola.

The more I listen to, the more I reflect on, the more I study, one thought becomes more prominent- God is ‘actively’ present in our life.

A journey begins, when I try to experience ‘active’ God in my life!

Thoughts for the day!

মনের শান্তি মানুষ শান্তি প্রিয়। সবাই শান্তিতে থাকতে চায়। অশান্তিময় পরিবেশ কেউ পছন্দ করে না। আর মনের শান্তিতো আমাদের সবারই চাওয়া। আমরা মনের শান্তি কিভাবে আনতে পারি? নরম্যান ভিনসেন্ট পিয়ালে তাঁর পাওয়ার অব পজিটিভ থিংকিঙয়ে কয়েকটি উপায় উল্লেখ্য করেছেন। যেগুলো প্রতিদিন সাধনা করলে মনের শান্তি অনুভব করা যায়। সেগুলো হলো. ১. মনটাকে হাল্কা করা। কিছুক্ষণের জন্য সমস্ত কিছু ভুলে যাওয়া। ২. ধীর, স্থির, শান্ত মনোভাব গড়ে তোলা। ৩. প্রতিদিন নিরবতা অভ্যাস করা। কিছুক্ষণের জন্য নিজের সাথে সময় কাটানো। ৪. মনটাকে সহজ সরল করা। সবকিছু সহজ সরলভাবে গ্রহণ করা।
